Withdraw from a contract

If you bought as a consumer and your statutory withdrawal right applies, the PV LAB terms describe a 14-day withdrawal period from contract conclusion. This is different from cancelling future subscription renewals.

Submit a withdrawal notice

Send an unequivocal statement to contact@parallelvisionlabel.com. Include your name, purchase or subscription reference, account email, and the order you wish to withdraw from. You do not have to give a reason.

What happens next?

Support reviews the request against the relevant payment and credit ledger, confirms its receipt, and handles the applicable statutory reimbursement and credit reconciliation. If you only want to stop renewal of a monthly plan, use subscription cancellation.
