Amatista(444)

AMATISTA(444) is a Mexican producer and DJ from Chihuahua, now based in Tulum, and the founder of Opal Evolution.

Her sound is rooted in indie dance and dark disco, with melodic tension, Spanish vocals and a sensual, hypnotic character.

A defining part of her studio process is her work with quartz and crystals. She uses frequencies associated with different minerals as part of the production process, integrating them into the tonal and rhythmic construction of her tracks.

She began producing in 2022 and has since performed across Mexico, including Japan CDMX, Casa Cobra and Vagalume in Tulum, developing a sound and visual identity that connects club music with her long-standing interest in minerals, frequency and ritual.

For Parallel Vision, AMATISTA(444) brings a distinctly Mexican perspective to the label's darker, more hypnotic side: melodic, physical and built around a strong personal world rather than a fixed genre formula.
